Hi, I’m Megan!

I’m a graphic designer, wannabe pro baker, running and triathlon enthusiast, and a St. Louis, MO transplant.

I moved to St. Louis from my rural, Nebraska hometown of 1,800 people back in 2006 to pursue my graphic design degree. With no intentions to stay here after college (can you believe I wanted to leave the midwest?!) I ended up meeting and falling in love with a boy at the start of my senior year of college, which ultimately led to the decision of staying put. Fast forward to today, and I’m married to that boy while working on fulfilling my graphic design dreams by working at a pretty awesome agency.

I started this blog to help keep my family (that lives seven hours away from me) updated with my life. Whether that’s everyday moments that we get to experience in our everyday lives, something I find inspiring, a small craft project, or our travels. Oh, and I can’t forget about the latest house project the Hubs and I have been tackling. We live in a 1950’s ranch and have been working hard to make this little house our home. We rescued an orphaned beagle-fox hound  puppy a few years ago and haven’t looked back. Our current (I mean, ongoing) project is gutting and refinishing our basement.

So there you have it. My blog in a nutshell, and I hope you enjoy reading it.
